HIRAM HORNETS 2021 – YOUTH FOOTBALL
Tiny Tots Flag Football (ages 3-4 years old) – $75.00 per player. This includes a Game T-Shirt and Shorts which the players will keep. (No payment plan)
Kindergarten / 1st Grade – $175.00 per player. This includes Reversible Game Jersey Rental, Helmet Rental, Shoulder Pads Rental, Game Pants w/pads Rental, (1) Mouth guard (No payment plan)
2nd – 5th Grade – EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: $275.00 per player (deadline to register is May 31, 2021. (Must pay in full at the time of registration. No payment plan or sibling discount available with the early bird registration option.) This includes the Reversible Game Jersey Rental, Helmet Rental, Shoulder Pads Rental, Game Pants w/pads Rental, (1) Mouth guard (1) Hiram Hornet Spirit Gear
2nd – 5th Grade – Standard Registration: $300.00 per player. This includes the Reversible Game Jersey Rental, Helmet Rental, Shoulder Pads Rental, Game Pants w/pads Rental, (1) Mouth guard (1) Hiram Hornet Spirit Gear
Payment Plan Option: Due dates – April 1st ($100.00), May 1st ($50.00), June 1st ($50.00), July 1st ($50.00), and August 1st ($50.00). Payments due will be adjusted accordingly if a player initially registers after April 1st. All payments for Player Registration Fees must be paid in full before football equipment is issued.
Additional Registration Information
Sibling Registration Discount: A $25.00 discount for each additional sibling. (Example: 1st sibling $300.00, then fees decrease to $275.00 for each additional sibling)
Equipment Deposit: $300.00 per player due at time of equipment pick-up. A credit card form will be put on file and returned when the equipment is returned cleaned and in good condition at the end of the season. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Volunteer Deposit: Parents volunteers are extremely important to pull off a successful program and the children love having their parents involved. Your help is greatly appreciated. Parents are required to complete 4 volunteer hours per player. There will be several opportunities to volunteer throughout the season. A volunteer deposit of $100 per player is required. A credit card form will be put on file and returned at the end of the season when volunteer hours are verified. If the volunteer hours are not fulfilled when all volunteer opportunities have closed, then the credit card on file will be charged at the end of the season. NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Coach Background Check 2021
All Coaches, Team Moms, and Volunteers that will be on the practice or game field MUST do a background check to receive a CFL Badge. Volunteers must be approved by the HHS Board, so please request approved before completing the background check. This is a non-refundable fee of $25.00 and due at the time of registration. All volunteers are required to upload a photo for badges.
